For nearly 2 decades, Reverend Masada has led initiatives to feed the homeless on the streets of D.C, facilitate life skills workshops in shelters and transitional homes, organize and sponsor large community events, distribute thousands of basic necessities to homeless and low-income individuals and families. Her innovation and creativity continues to ignite and start programs to help those in need.

In September 2024, Rev. Masada received the President's Lifetime Achievement Award for community volunteerism from President Joe Biden. This award recognizes individuals who ha volunteered 4,000 hours for public good.

Levonna Johnson has served as our Bilingual Project Coordinator since 2021. In this capacity, she acts as a vital liaison between the organization and Latino families, ensuring that their perspectives, needs, and strengths are meaningfully integrated into our programs and initiatives. Levonna exemplifies professionalism, empathy, and a steadfast commitment to community engagement. Her compassionate approach and dedication to supporting those in need have made her an invaluable contributor to Deep Launching’s mission of inclusivity and impact. 

D’Nai is a dedicated professional with a passion for helping individuals simplify their lives and achieve their goals. With years of experience in professional organizing, sales, and charitable work, D’Nai brings a thoughtful approach to every project, focusing on delivering solutions that make life easier and more efficient.
